Caregiver
Consultation
$150 • 60 minutes
A focused session with education, individualized communication strategies, and recommended next steps based on your family’s concerns and priorities.
Consultation with Written Action Plan
$195 • 60 minutes
Includes a 60-minute caregiver consultation plus a customized written summary of strategies and recommended next steps.
Speech-Language IEP & Records Review
$175 • 45-minute consultation
Review of communication-related IEP sections and relevant speech-language records, followed by a consultation to discuss observations and questions.
IEP/ARD Education Session
$125 • 60 minutes
Education about the general process, terminology, caregiver participation, and questions to prepare for your child’s meeting.
Detailed Speech-Language
IEP & Records Review
$250 • 60-minute consultation
A detailed communication-focused review with written observations, suggested questions, and a consultation to discuss the information.
Additional document-review time: $75 per 30 minutes. This is used only when unusually extensive relevant speech-language records require additional review and will always be discussed with you in advance.

Important Scope Information
These services provide education and consultation within the scope of speech-language pathology. Records review is limited to communication-related information and relevant speech-language records.
What These Services Do Not Include
These services do not include psychological, academic, occupational therapy, physical therapy, behavior, or dyslexia assessments. They also do not include placement decisions, determinations about the least restrictive environment, legal advice or compliance, independent special-education eligibility determinations, legal representation, or guarantees about an ARD/IEP outcome.
